Grays Harbor College Athletics

Jonathan graduated from Morningside High School, Inglewood, CA in 1997. He then attended GHC and played for Coach Gary Arthur. In his freshman season, Jonathan was named region MVP, received First Team All-Region honors, and was named to the First Team All NWAACC while leading the Chokers and the region in scoring. That season, the Chokers won the region and placed second in the NWAACC Championship Tournament, losing a close game to Highline CC. Jonathan's sophomore campaign saw him earn another First Team All-Region recognition on his way to signing a letter of intent to play NCAA Division II at Seattle Pacific University. He was named all-league his junior and senior seasons. He continued his basketball career in San Paulo, Brazil where he played professionally until 2003.
