Grays Harbor College Athletics

Ron came to GHC in 1971 after being a standout performer at Elma High School. As a member of the '71 basketball team, Coach Bob Basich called Ron "the best player he had ever coached." Ron helped lead the team to a 24-4 record and the Coastal Division Championship. Ron also competed on the golf team before transferring to Saint Martin's Colege, where he continued to star on the basketball court.

Ron has been a teacher, coach, and administrator in the Tumwater Shool District for several years and now enjoys watching his daughter compete at the professional level.
