Coach White has been coaching softball for 13 seasons in total. He initially started out as a College Baseball Coach but switched over to softball once his second daughter was born. Coach White has proven successful at rebuilding struggling programs during many different Head Coaching positions. Going on Coach White's 3rd season at Grays Harbor College, He is looking forward to getting this program to where he know's it can be. Coach White accepted the Head position at GHC right at the end of the Covid season, where unfortunately there wasn't enough players with only one player on the roster, and not enough time to put a team on the field. Since then Coach White has been able to successfully recruit and fill a team with an above average amount of players on this season's roster and is looking forward to the 2024 season. "I fully believe we have the team to break every record this school has for softball this season. Not only that, I believe we will turn some heads and make a showing at the conference tournament at the end of the year!"
