The 2019 NWAC West Region Crossover Tournament got underway last night. The first game featured a fast paced match up between the Peninsula Pirates and Linn-Benton Roadrunners. The Pirates outlasted Linn-Benton to a score of 65 - 62. It was a great opening game that featured outstanding play by both teams.

It was then the Chokers, from Aberdeen, taking on Treasure Valley College. The Grays Harbor College men started slowly, but managed to take a 1 point lead into the half. Treasure Valley stayed hot from behind the arc hitting on 50%, of their 3pt attempts. It was TVCC's hot shooting and poor foul shooting that ultimately did the Chokers in. 

Treasure Valley outlasted the Chokers 79 -70.
