The Choker men moved to 6 - 3 on the young season with a win versus Multnomah Universities JV team, last night. The game, played in Portland, was a fast paced contest that saw both teams utilize their benches. The Grays Harbor College men were slow to start, but overcame a halftime deficit to win win the game. The Chokers were without power forward Zyare Ruffin and it seemed to slow the team early. Michael Sampson and Genuwine Powell paced the Grays Harbor College men with 23 points each. 

The Chokers are in action this Saturday taking on Edmonds College. Tip off is set for 4:00 pm on the GHC main campus. Come out and support the Choker men's basketball program.
